Weber Spirit E-330 Gas Grill

Compact and affordable, the Weber Spirit series gas grills feature smaller footprints and sleek new styles for a great value with all the essential features. The Spirit series is equipped with either a two or three burner configuration, are available in Black or a new Stainless Steel S-210 model. Weber has moved the controls to the front panel. The cooking grates have also changed to porcelain-enameled cast iron. A sear station burner has also been added to the E-330 model.

The porcelain-enameled Weber Spirit E-330 features three stainless steel burners that produce 32,000 BTUs of power and a 7,500 BTUs Sear Station, each with independent electronic ignition. The Sear Station creates a zone on the grill that can get hotter much faster than other areas, which is great for speeding up the time it takes to get the grates hot enough for searing. Keep the sear burner off during preheating. Preheat the grill for about 15 minutes or until it reaches about 500 to 550F. Once the grill has been preheated it’s time to light the Sear Station. Searing is what produces those classic grill marks on food, and it provides a texture and taste contrast that make any food more delicious. The Weber Spirit E-330 also has a flush-mounted side burner yielding 10,000 BTUs of power. The Weber Spirit E series gas grills are equipped with porcelain-enameled cast iron cooking grates, heat deflectors and Flavorizer bars to effectively hold and distribute heat evenly over the 424 square inches of primary cooking area.  The warming rack provides an additional 105 square inches for a generous 529 square inches of total cooking area. The porcelain-enameled hood has a center-mounted thermometer to monitor the internal cooking temperature. This Weber Spirit grill has a painted steel frame and front-mounted control knobs to leave more room on the two stainless steel side shelves for prep space. Spirit grills come equipped with a porcelain-enameled grease tray with a catch pan to make clean-up a breeze. The grill cart includes: a painted steel cabinet with a stainless steel handle and four heavy-duty casters (two locking and two swivel). The enclosed tank storage area keeps your propane tank protected from the elements and out of sight. The precision fuel gauge monitors your propane and lets you know when you’re running low. Hang your essential grilling tools on the six convenient built-in tool hooks. Not available in natural gas.
