Weber Pecan Wood Chips
Pecan wood offers a pungent flavor that is great for poultry and pork. To achieve optimal flavor, soak the pecan wood chips in cool clean water for about 30 minutes. Without soaking they will burn quicker and provide slightly less flavor. Soaking for 30 minutes allows the outside of the chips enough moisture to present the controlled burn to properly smoke.
