Weber Mesquite Wood Chips
Mesquite wood presents a delicate flavor, best suited for poultry, fish and vegetables. To achieve optimal flavor, soak the mesquite wood chips in cool clean water for about 30 minutes. Without soaking they will burn quicker and provide slightly less flavor. Soaking for 30 minutes allows the outside of the chips enough moisture to present the controlled burn to properly smoke.
