Weber Hickory Wood Chunks
Hickory wood gives a strong, traditional smoke flavor that is great to your beef, ribs and chops. To achieve optimal flavor, soak the hickory wood chunks in cool clean water for about 30 minutes. Without soaking they will burn quicker and provide slightly less flavor. Soaking for 30 minutes allows the outside of the chunks enough moisture to present the controlled burn to properly smoke.
