Weber Cherry Wood Chips
Cherry wood adds a slightly sweet and fruity smoke flavor that is idea for poultry, pork or ham. To achieve optimal flavor, soak the cherry wood chips in cool clean water for about 30 minutes. Without soaking they will burn quicker and provide slightly less flavor. Soaking for 30 minutes allows the outside of the chips enough moisture to present the controlled burn to properly smoke.
