Weber Apple Wood Chips
Apple wood provides a slightly sweet, fruity smoke flavor that is great for poultry, game birds and pork (especially ham). To achieve optimal flavor, soak the apple wood chips in cool clean water for about 30 minutes. Without soaking they will burn quicker and provide slightly less flavor. Soaking for 30 minutes allows the outside of the chips enough moisture to present the controlled burn to properly smoke. Happy cooking and smoke on!
